Having held significant positions at both the federal and state levels, Hon. Bisinle’s career reflects his unwavering dedication to serving his country and its people. He began his journey in public service as the Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation in the Puntland Government from 2010 to 2013. During this time, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in formulating strategies to advance the development agenda of Puntland.
Transitioning to the federal government, Hon. Bisinle served as the Minister of Minerals and Petroleum in the Federal Government of Somalia from 2013 to 2014. In this role, he played a crucial part in managing Somalia’s mineral and petroleum resources, contributing to the nation’s economic growth and stability.
Hon. Bisinle’s commitment to public service extended to the legislative arena, where he served as a Member of the Federal Parliament of Somalia from 2017 to 2022. As a parliamentarian, he tirelessly advocated for policies that addressed the needs of the Somali people and promoted inclusive governance.

Bisinle was appointed once again by His Excellency Said Abdullahi Deni, President of the Puntland Government, to serve as the Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation.
